Yong Keng, i saw ur profile of r friendster that u want to become a manager in McDonald's - SRA3...Is very encouraging to see you are the only one who cares about the business and always challenge urself to run 30 min delivery time 98% of the time u work. U have the potential to be promoted. By at the same time, i work for McDonald's for 2 1/2 yrs and has come to this position as a Floor Manager for 6 months, and i can feel the stress that comes from the Restaurant Manager (not referring to Annie).The best R.M i worked with and will not forget her guidance and opportunity that she given me!!! If you really want to take my footstep to be a manager, talk to our business consultant Vikki..ask for transfer out of our current store. There will be not career opportunity under this new R.M.
my thinking to tender resign on coming Jan or Feb depending on my National Service callup. I will bid farewell to everyone at McDonald's and she will be reluctant to received many 'letters' for her!!!
