school has reopen again...so boring tis two daysgonna change new teacher as all my current ones are retiring
planning to go Sentosa on 19/07 for photoshoot...

i am very dissapointed today...get to know the mystery shop result fail (100% CSO)F**K those shoppers !!! many stores failed this few months. moreover we having value lunch promotion on-going till 3pm.
this visit, we failed on Fast & Friendly ... for friendly, we admit that i might be due to our training and follow up...haiz
